Payroll and Insurance information & forms    

    If you are an employee of Rosebud Trucking Company and have a question that is payroll or insurance related, please email them to kathy.keirn@rosebudmining.com or call the office at (724)545-6222 ext. 231 (Kathy Keirn).  If you wish to change your federal income tax withholding you may download a new W-4 (you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader) and mail or fax it to the office.  Please remember to sign and date it.  Also, you can download a Direct Deposit Authorization form from ADP to have all or a portion of your pay automatically deposited into your checking and/or savings account (instead of cashing your check at a bank).

Rosebud Trucking Company 401(k) Plan

       The Rosebud Trucking Company 401(k) Plan is currently managed by Morgan Stanley Investments with ADP as the plan recordkeeper.  Please contact ADP if you wish to check on or transfer account balances, change your contribution rate, or make any administrative changes.  Changes or requests for forms can be made by either the telephone or internet.  The number to call the ADP Voice-Response System is 1-866-695-7526.  You can also access your account by clicking on the following link -  www.morganstanley.com/myretirement.

    If you would like to invest prior 401(k) plan money from a prior employer into your Rosebud Mining Company 401(k) Plan account you must complete a rollover form.  A certified or bank check must accompany this form and both must sent to the office to the attention of Kathy Keirn.  Please include your social security number and plan number on the check which must be made payable to State Street Bank & Trust Co.
